Buyer Agency Agreement This form is an agreement between the Buyer and the Agent Company that give the Agent the right to look out for the best interests of the Buyer and fully represent the Buyer in the purchase transaction. The advantage to the Buyer is this agreement enables the Agent to disclose everything that the Agents knows to the Buyer. Without this agreement, the Agent must work for the Seller. |
