Selling a house is one of our least favorite things to do. Selling a house to move 900 miles away is even less fun.

Because we knew we would be selling in a buyers market, we took the time to interview realtors before we signed with Rich Properties. We wanted to make sure we made the best choice possible. We chose Sara because of her knowledge of the area and her ability to be an aggressive sales person without being pushy.

We needed to leave Charlotte before the sale of our home actually closed, Sara was left to handle the million minor details (and some not so minor) that come up just before closing. Some examples of the services Sara provided include: hiring a company to clean the carpeting after the movers left (and making sure they did a good job), placing a space heater in the basement when the temperature in Charlotte dropped below freezing after we had the gas turned off and just being available to safe guard out interests when our buyer wanted to get into the house before the actual closing.
